If you have always wanted to create beautiful and delicious specialty desserts such as chocolate soufflé and crème brulée but thought they were too complicated for the home cook, now is your chance to learn. Join the Union County Torah Center on Thursday, April 3 at 7:00 P.M. for a fun and educational evening with Jayne Salomon, "Food 4 Thought" columnist for the Westfield Leader, and Joyce Friedman, previous owner of A Sense of Taste, Inc., in New York City.

Jayne and Joyce will demonstrate how simple it is to make specialty desserts; all you need is a bit of know-how and they will teach you. Impress your guests at your next party or family gathering with amazing confections that you make yourself.

The workshop is part of the Rosh Chodesh "Women's Night Out" monthly series and will take place at the home of Joyce Friedman and Len Berman. Cost is $10 to cover materials. Enrollment is limited.
