Uctc Purim SHALACH MANOS

On Purim we emphasize the importance of Jewish unity and friendship by sending Mishloach Manot, gifts of food to friends. We are offering the shul members and attendees of the Torah Center an opportunity to send Purim baskets to each other, by joining in our Purim basket service. One basket will be sent to each family along with a card listing the names of the families who are presenting it. You may choose as many names as you like from the list below. The cost per recipient is $18. You may send to the entire list for $180.

This project is a fundraiser for our programs, and at the same time, it allows you to easily remember your friends on Purim.

Reciprocity Option

In addition, you can select the reciprocity option. Reciprocity saves you the embarrassment of forgetting someone who remembered you. Orders marked with reciprocity alone will not be processed; you must make selections from the list.

• Please note that the mitzvah should still be fulfilled individually, by giving a gift of two types of ready to eat food to one friend on Purim day itself, February 28, 2010.
• Please do not add special requests. We will only be able to send to people on the list.
